Songwriting for Self-Discovery-RSVP

We often use music and lyrics to express feelings and thoughts that seem too difficult to share. Music therapists, Crystal Weaver and Andrew Dwiggins will share strategies for song writing as well as demonstrate the possibilities of song writing through a group experience.
