Lisa Roberts, RYT, RCYT and author of Breathe, Chill – A Handy Book of Games
and Techniques Introducing Breathing, Relaxation and Meditation to Kids and
Teens will offer ongoing sessions for children and families to practice wellness in
fun and interesting ways.
