This workshop with Ravi P. Nayak, M.D., FCCP, Director, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine and Professor at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, provides fundamental information about pulmonary rehabilitation.

Topics may include breathing techniques, medications, nutrition, relaxation, oxygen, how to do everyday tasks with less shortness of breath, and how to stay healthy and cope with changes in functioning.

Dinner is provided and will start in the kitchen from 6:00-6:30.
