Food that nourishes, strengthens and feeds our inner courage.

with Bridgette Kossor vegan/plant-based chef and macrobiotic/energy guide

 

Join Bridgette for this virtual cooking/energy class and learn how to make dishes that help you feel strong and relaxed. We will be making White Bean and Kale Soup, Flash Cooked Spinach and Arugula with Lime and Garlic, and Chocolate Chip Cookies (because we all love a good sweet).
