In this monthly workshop, learn simple ways to reduce the pressure you feel in your life. Strategies come in many forms such mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery as well as other modalities. Any activity that focuses the mind, lowers the heart rate or promotes creativity can be useful in lowering stress and stimulating a calm response. People who engage in stress reduction programs report greater sense of wellbeing and better health outcomes.
Take control over the parts of your life you can change. This workshop will help you breathe easier, center your awareness allowing you to feel more peaceful.
