Join art therapist, Susie McGaughey, in playing and exploring painting in a way you may never have painted before! Starting with some quiet meditation, no pre-planned ideas, and using only one brush stroke at a time you will create paintings that come from places deep inside, using your intuition as your guide. Allow your heart and soul freedom to express, respond and create art from a gentle and non-judgmental place within yourself. Come for one group or for a monthly painting experience! As always, absolutely no art experience necessary.
