give you a great mind–body workout. This dance requires you to remember
dance steps and sequences, boosting brain power by improving memory skills.

Research shows that people participating in the program feel less stress, have better immunity, keep healthier diet and
exercise habits and feel greater social support. These sessions will help participants manage stress, learn ways to lessen
the impact of physical symptoms of cancer, and develop skills to cope with common problems faced by people
with cancer.
