Families Connect Monthly Networking Group
First Tuesdays, October 3, November 7
(No December meeting) • 6:00-8:00 PM
Families Connect is a program for the whole family when a parent,
grandparent, or adult relative has cancer. A family support group is held
while the children and teens (ages 5-18) meet for equal parts support and
fun! RSVP by NOON the Monday prior to each group!

Stitch Together – RSVP

Join members in stitching breast prosthetics from Knitted Knockers Project.
Patterns include breast forms to knit or crochet. Completed breast prosthetic
can be taken home or left for someone else. For more information see www.

Through rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus, participants can learn to ease physical and emotional tension. These classes are for any of our members at any level of performance and physical condition.
