Group begins with Q & A provided by an oncology nurse, followed by group sharing and support. The group provides a nurturing environment to learn about and discuss coping skills, disease management, and quality of life during and after treatment. Country Line Dancing Thursdays • 2:30 – 3:30 PM Line dancing can
give you a great mind–body workout. This dance requires you to remember
dance steps and sequences, boosting brain power by improving memory skills.

Artist Jessica Eschen-Goodman will teach an introduction to drawing with pastels. No experience or “artistic ability” required. Come learn, enjoy and share in this art practice. Each session is unique. Supplies will be provided.
