Join Kate Walsh in movement focused on improving balance, strength and
bone health. Kate starts with yoga and moves beyond! Equipment provided
by CSC.

Mindfulness and Sound – RSVP

“Tune In” to Mindfulness & Sound with Kathy Bearman, CSC Facilitator,
for a light-hearted, relaxing exploration of sounds, music and the realm
of mindful listening.

Country Line Dancing Thursdays • 2:30 – 3:30 PM Line dancing can
give you a great mind–body workout. This dance requires you to remember
dance steps and sequences, boosting brain power by improving memory skills.
