This introduction to CSC allows people with cancer, their family and friends, and the bereaved an opportunity to explore our homelike environment, discover our programs and connect with others looking to be empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community.

An educational and emotionally safe group, in collaboration with Mercy, for women newly diagnosed and survivors, female family and friends.

Through rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus, participants can learn to ease physical and emotional tension. These classes are for any of our members at any level of performance and physical condition. Drop in, no reservation necessary.

Memoir Writing: We use our voice to tell our story. Our unique
perspective informs each of us as we decide how and what to share. Join
Writers Workshop as we write our story for ourselves and our families.
