Chair Yoga Second Thursday of the month • 6:00 – 7:00 PM - RSVP
Using a chair for support, this yoga practice is accessible to everybody. Chair
yoga is beneficial for increasing mobility, flexibility and stress reduction.

Country Line Dancing Thursdays • 2:30 – 3:30 PM Line dancing can
give you a great mind–body workout. This dance requires you to remember
dance steps and sequences, boosting brain power by improving memory skills.
