Families Connect Parent Networking Group
First Tuesdays • 6:30-8:00 PM
Families Connect is a program for parent and grandparents who have children and teens ages 5-18 to connect with each other for emotional and practical support.

Tuesdays • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM • Via Zoom
Through rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus, participants can learn to ease physical and emotional tension. These classes are for any of our members at any level of performance and physical condition.
