For adults between the ages of 18 and 40ish. Find support and community as you navigate through a cancer diagnosis.
Join your YA community for a morning of YOGA in the park (socially distanced) with Karen Banks on the Concordia Seminary grounds (park on DeMun off Clayton Road (Concordia is across from Kaldi’s: 801 Seminary Place, 63105)
Socially distanced ice cream at Clementine’s to follow!
Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle.
This class will be a gentle movement class focused on connecting breath with movement suitable for beginners through advanced yogis.
Karen is a 500 hour yoga professional trained in both St. Louis, MO and Rishikesh India in multiple yoga techniques. She enjoys facilitating yoga for all body types and ability levels as well as offering singing bowl workshops and private lessons.
