Cooking Demo- Seasonal Healthy Cooking
Using fresh seasonal produce, Chef Vicki Bensinger will create a menu sure to delight. Recipes will be forwarded prior to class for those who want to cook along from home.

In this monthly workshop, learn simple ways to reduce the pressure you feel in
your life. Strategies come in many forms such as mindfulness, meditation, breathing
exercise, progressive muscle relaxation and other modalities.
This program is in partnership with Mercy South Cancer Center.

Through rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus, participants can learn to ease physical and emotional tension. These classes are for any of our members at any level of performance and physical condition.
